Structual Mat Foundation
Excavation of crawl space soil prior to installation of a concrete mat foundation beneath a home in Pleasanton, CA. A conveyor was set up in the crawl space to help remove approximately 90 cubic yards of soil from the crawl space.
Soil is removed from beneath the existing perimeter foundation. The tops of the existing piers are exposed.
